In the aftermath of Ian we were lucky to find Aleman builders for our two first floor condos that needed to be completely gutted. Sergio was extremely quick in responding to our crisis and got his teams to work immediately to gut the places and did a fabulous job making our two places new looking and beautiful. He was a pleasure to work with and is a great communicator. When we were unhappy with certain things, he was quick to correct and make good on it. He worked with our cabinet person, Pablo at Naples Cabinetry and Interior Solutions who was also excellent. I feel very fortunate that I found Aleman Builders and while many other people in my community are still waiting to have their places finished, we have moved back in months ago and are very happy with both places!

I recently completed a condo renovation with Aleman Builders and am very pleased with the finished product.

Sergio was always professional and responsive, his sub contractors were also always pleasant to work with. He was very flexible as well. Like any reno we had some issues come up, but everything was handled and resolved pretty quickly.

I tried finding a good contractor with no luck until I came across Sergio and will be using him for anything I need moving forward. In fact we will be starting another project in the next few months.

Aleman builders took care of our house that was flooded in the IAN storm. They got started within a week of our first call and had teams of workers who virtually redid our whole house, everything, floor, walls molding plumbing, new interior doors.

This was a massive job that they completed on time, which amazed me.

Most of our friends can’t believe the job that was done and how quickly.

I hired Sergio’s company to renovate my kitchen and for some electrical work. I had the best experience with them. I had a project manager Yolayne, who coordinated everything. They were great from the very beginning. Very responsive, worked with my budget. Did a great job at reasonable prices. Aleman Builders were very professional from the start. Communicated swiftly and effectively throughout the process. Worked with the county to get all permits and inspections accomplished in a timely manner. Had crew show up when said they would, and often stayed late into the evening to finish that day’s task. We had Sergio and his team build a porch off the back of our home in Naples. We designed the porch and passed off the drawings to Sergio.
